LumaSpan Content Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Scope
This Content Policy applies to messages, project descriptions and other material you send through the LumaSpan public website or in related correspondence with GAITO LLC. It accompanies our Terms of Service.
The current website accepts enquiries; it does not offer public media uploads or self-service AI generation. The rules below guide appropriate enquiries and pilot discussions. Additional requirements will be explained before any separate production or beta service begins.
1. Consent and rights
Only submit information and materials you own or are authorized to share. Do not send another person’s private information, image or voice without appropriate permission. Do not request impersonation or unauthorized use of a person’s likeness.
Do not submit copyrighted scripts, books, music, images, trademarks or other protected material unless you have the rights needed for the proposed use. Describing a project does not establish those rights.
2. Children and sexual content
Do not submit or request sexual exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or other material that endangers children. Do not send children’s personal media through the public enquiry process.
We do not accept enquiries requesting sexually explicit content or nudity. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law enforcement.
3. Deception, harassment and harm
Do not use the website to threaten or harass a person, promote hateful abuse or violent extremism, facilitate fraud or dangerous illegal activity, or request deceptive impersonation.
Do not request fabricated evidence, fake endorsements or misleading depictions of real people or events intended to cause harm. Fictional storytelling does not justify targeting or exploiting real people.
4. Website security and spam
Do not submit malicious code, automated spam, repeated unwanted messages or requests designed to bypass website safeguards. Do not attempt to access private operator functionality or other restricted systems.
5. Concept imagery and transparency
The cinematic visuals on the LumaSpan website, including The Tidal Line, are fictional original concept assets used to explain the creative direction and planned product. They are not customer results or released productions.
Do not misrepresent these assets as authentic footage, customer endorsements or evidence of completed autonomous production. The current public website does not promise watermarking, C2PA credentials or automated review of material you submit.
6. Reporting concerns
For safety concerns, unauthorized likeness use or non-consensual imagery connected with this website, email safety@lumaspan.ai. For copyright and other legal concerns, email legal@lumaspan.ai. For personal-data requests, email privacy@lumaspan.ai.
Include the relevant page URL or a clear description of the material, the nature of the concern and a way to contact you. Do not attach illegal material or unnecessary identity documents. If further verification is needed, we will discuss an appropriate way to provide it.
7. Handling reports and requests
We may decline enquiries, restrict abusive access, investigate reports and remove material we control when appropriate. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law. Our response will depend on the issue and any applicable legal obligations.
The public contact form includes basic spam protection. This policy does not represent that an automated content-moderation or autonomous correction service is operating on your submissions.
If you believe we misunderstood your enquiry or report, contact support@lumaspan.ai with an explanation and the earlier correspondence so we can reconsider it.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the public website and any separately offered services evolve. The date above identifies this version.
General enquiries: contact@lumaspan.ai. Safety: safety@lumaspan.ai. Legal: legal@lumaspan.ai.
